My 4th visit. I think what sets Trisara apart is their staff. From House Keeping, to the Pool maintenance cleaning staff, FOH, they're all wonderful, efficient and approachable and make you feel as though nothing is too big an ask. Expensive but worth every penny. Villa amazing, pool amazing, food amazing, vistas amazing. I can't fault it. No down side, apart from the noise of kids at beach area and main pool, so if you're a solo traveller, it can be... "distracting". I'm already looking at scheduling my next visit! Thank you Trisara for much needed R&R after the personally challenging year I've had. I highly recommend Trisara.

First of all, I would like to thank all the workers in this beautiful resort, they were really responsible for the attention and to meet all the requests of the guests with love, and smile that does not leave their faces, they are really nice. As for the resort, He doesn't need my commendation, a luxurious and upscale resort in the quiet area with private beach. They clean the villa twice a day, They pay attention to the smallest details with zero mistakes. and all your requests are taken care of and answered. Thank you Trisara resort, they surprise me and gave us a cake for my wife's birthday. It was a great experience to stay in Trisara resort and I will definitely have another visit to this hotel.

Super clean, food is good, spa is the best, the extra bed was an actual bed not a sofa bed, they provided additional baby stuff without requesting for free; bottle warmer, bath tub, bottles sterilizer, bottles brush, shampoo and lotion. private pool is big , breakfast in room is provided without additional charge. the also have a nice kids club and provide great babysitting service! best option for couples traveling with kids.

Our stay at Trisara far exceeded our expectations. The property, the room, the service and the food was unforgettable. The staff was so attentive to our needs. We brought our 2 young children and used the babysitters so we could enjoy massages, exercising and dinner so it really felt like a vacation. The kids club was also perfect and the staff was AMAZING there- our girls loved the toys and activities the babysitters did with them. The spa was beautiful and incredible. The masseuses were all amazing (catered to individual needs) - the Thai massage and facials were beyond- my favorite masseuse was Su. The food was some of the best food we’ve ever had (and we live in Japan) - the staff at the restaurants were amazing and so kind to our kids. Highly recommend for families or for a romantic getaway.

1- STAFF 2- FOOD 3- STUNNING VIEW 4- WEATHER EVERY TIME WINDY IN SUMMER -MONSOON- 5- DETAILS OF THE ROOM 6- DETAILS OF THE SERVICE IN THE ROOM - CLEANING TWICE - 7- COMFORTABLE OF THE VILLA 8- CLEAN AND NEAT EVERY WHERE 9- WIFI 10- TAXI PRICE OF THE HOTEL LITTLE BIT CHEAPER NOT AS OTHER PLACES OF 5 STARS HOTEL. 11- INFANT BED AND AMENITIES KIT AND CLEANING READY BEFORE ARRIVAL 12- CERY FAST RESPONDING TO A BUGGY REQUEST TO THE RESTAURANT OR THE LOBBY 13- COMFORTABLE BED AND PILLOWS - EXCEPT THE BLANKET- IM 100% SURE THEY WILL CHANGE IT IF WE REQUEST- BUT WE DIDNT. 14- SMELL AND AC OF THE ROOM WAS PERFECT 15- NO INSECTS OR LIZARDS FOUND DURING THE STAY - MOSQUITOES INEVITABLE IN PHUKET- 16- PRIVATE BEACH OR THE BREAKFAST LOBBY WAS WITH A VIEW OF A DREAM TO ME 17- LITERALLY EVERYTHING.
